Once Albania and Kosove become part of the EU than my advice to my Albanian readers is that they should get dual citizenships so that they can have a EU passport and can go anywhere in Europe with out any problems. I know you may be thinking that the US passport is the key to the world but the way our country is now with the gas and food prices rising its not bad to have a back up plan.
