Rücker “gives” € 17 million to KEK

The paper reports that SRSG Joachim Rücker through a special decision has allocated € 17 million to KEK from the Kosovo Consolidated Budget. KEK spokesperson, Nezir Sinani, said the funds will be used to import of energy for the three first months of 2008.
